Celebrate Valentine’s Day with a refined three‑course dining experience featuring ocean‑view sunsets, live music, and an exceptional menu crafted by Executive Chef Felix Jimenez and Executive Sous Chef Jeremy Reese.
Your evening begins with an amuse-bouche, followed by a first course of Scallops with celeriac, apple butter, rye crumble, and chive oil.

Charred, turmeric-brined hen with garlic yogurt, romanesco, and couscous salad. - Pork & Prawns
Seared pork loin and grilled shrimp with carrot–chili coulis, mole, morita, corn cake, and swiss chard. - Beef Wellington
Beef tenderloin wrapped with mushroom duxelles, chard, crispy marble potatoes, root vegetables, and sauce bordelaise.
Dessert
Strawberry Charlotte — white genoise cake, strawberry mousse, ladyfingers, and strawberry gel served with a complimentary glass of champagne.
